Estimated Costs listed below are per person. Minimum 50 people. For private dinning of smaller parties please email for pricing. no refunds. All prices listed below are subject to a 8.25% TX state sales tax, and prices may vary depending on the market price or type of meat you choose..

  • 1 protein as an entree

  • 1 vegetable as a side dish

  • 1 starch as a side dish


$85/person includes:

  • 2 appetizers

  • 2 proteins as an entree

  • 1 vegetable as a side dish

  • 1 starch as a side dish

  • 1 choice of dessert

  • 2 standard beverage services (non-alcoholic) 


$65/person includes:

  • 1 appetizer

  • 1 protein as an entree

  • 1 vegetable as a side dish

  • 1 starch as a side dish

  • 1 choice of dessert

  • 2 standard beverage services (non-alcoholic)


$95/person includes:

  • 2 appetizers

  • 2 proteins as an entree

  • 2 vegetables as a side dish

  • 2 starches as a side dish

  • 1 choice of dessert or dessert table

  • 3standard beverage services (non-alcoholic) ex: lemonade, tea, punch

$450 charcuterie table

  • 5 large blocks of cheese

  • 3 different fruits

  • 4 different assortments of crackers

  • assortment of nuts

    • feeds 200-300 people



mileage fee

This is a flat fee in addition to services rendered:

  • $60- exceeds 10 miles

  • $70- exceeds 20 miles

  • $80- exceeds 30 miles

  • $90- exceeds 40 miles

  • $100 - exceeds 50 miles

  • $120 - exceeds 60 miles

Labor cost

This is a flat fee in addition to services rendered:

  • $80 - per 2 hour block of time (includes service, set up and clean up) 

  • $120 - per 3 hour block of time (includes service, set up and clean up) 

  • $160 - per 4 hour block of time (includes service, set up and clean up) 

  • Chef fee- $300 in addition to serves if needed
