mileage fee
This is a flat fee in addition to services rendered:
$60- exceeds 10 miles
$70- exceeds 20 miles
$80- exceeds 30 miles
$90- exceeds 40 miles
$100 - exceeds 50 miles
$120 - exceeds 60 miles
Labor cost
This is a flat fee in addition to services rendered:
$80 - per 2 hour block of time (includes service, set up and clean up)
$120 - per 3 hour block of time (includes service, set up and clean up)
$160 - per 4 hour block of time (includes service, set up and clean up)
Chef fee- $300 in addition to serves if needed
